Science Equipment Supplier- Incubators

Incubators are used for a number of laboratory experiments to grow or cultivate various cell cultures. Samples are contained in laboratory glassware and incubators need to ensure the specimens contained in them are kept at a constant temperature during the incubation process. For this reason the laboratory apparatus needs to be reliable by allowing a steady airflow through the samples when in operation.

There are various types of incubators used for different sample preparation or applications. For example low temperature incubators are used for cultivating low temperature microbes, and shaking incubators may be used in microbiology. Samples in laboratory glassware must be properly clamped in place when used in a shaking incubator.

All incubators need to be made using high quality materials and should ideally have small holes in the shelving in order to maximise airflow between the samples.
