Where the groups are split into two teams and have to overcome obstacles while firing on each other with paint ball guns to win the nuclear weapons back. This is a three day program that tests the teams on planning, communication, teamwork, creativity and efficiency to name but a few.

They also offer shorter cause that include team assessment and psychometric testing such as; team effectiveness assessment, impact assessment, EQ test, diagnostic team skills and group development assessment.

TDC also offer a facilitator for hire.These facilitators are there to facilitate process that might include strategic planning, problem solving and policy development while the group is responsible for the content.
